Privacy Notice — Company Formation Consultation Requests

Who holds your data

This website is operated by Rayan & Samir Consultations, which is responsible for the data you send through this form, including how long it is kept and when it is deleted.

What we collect

Step one: full name, work email, phone number, country of residence, nationality, preferred language, preferred contact channel, and your consent choices.

Step two: your role, existing company name if any, entity type of interest, business activity, intended location in Egypt, current status, intended start window, preferred consultation time, and your short description.

With your request we also keep how you reached us: the page you landed on, the page language, the referring site, campaign parameters (UTMs), and ad click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid and fbclid when they appear in the link.

This form does not ask for documents or official identity data.

Why we collect it

We use this data to respond to your request, assess whether your case fits, arrange the formation consultation, and follow up on the request.

We use the visit-source data to learn which channels and ads lead to requests.

We do not send you marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

We do not sell your data.

Who sees it and where it is stored

Your request is seen only by the firm, for handling it, and by the service providers named below, which process it on the firm's behalf.

Consultation requests are stored in HubSpot, a customer-relationship management system hosted in the United States.

The website is hosted by Vercel, and the form passes through its servers before it is stored in HubSpot.

Our email correspondence runs through the firm's mailbox at Hostinger.

We use Plausible to count visits without cookies and without storing your IP address. Only after you accept do we use Google Analytics and Google Ads, through Google Tag Manager.

We use Google Ads only to measure how our ads perform, not to re-target you with ads or to build audience lists.

How long we keep it

If your request does not lead to an engagement, we keep its data for 24 months after our last contact with you and then delete it. If you engage us, we keep it for the engagement and for as long as the law requires afterwards.

Your choices: withdrawal, access, correction, deletion

At any time you can withdraw your consent, or ask to see, correct or delete your data, by writing to privacy@rayanandsamir.com.

We respond to your request within 30 days.

Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before you withdrew.

If we change this notice, we publish a new version with a new date on this page.
