Rayan & Samir Consultation's is a deliberately small Egyptian advisory practice. We have spent over fifteen years inside Egyptian companies — not on the outside writing reports about them. We came up as working accountants, became chartered accountants and tax experts, and along the way became the people founders and finance directors call when they need someone who has actually seen the file before, not just read about it.
Most of our work today is with foreign investors entering Egypt for the first time, and with Egyptian business owners who want a sharper advisor than they have been used to. The two audiences are not as different as they sound — both of them are trying to make decisions in a regulatory system that does not always reward speed, and both of them benefit from talking to someone who tells them the truth about what is hard.
We do not run a large firm. We run a practice.
